The Silicon Carbide heater is a nonmetal electrothermal component made from high pure Sic material by high temperature of 2200 degrees and recrystallized. It features rapid cooling resistance, quick heating resistance, and keeping original shape even in high temperature state. The maximum perating temperature is up to 1600 degrees, and the normal temperature is 1450 degrees and it will keep longer service life if used in below 1000 degrees.
